School Trip to Dublin Zoo

For our school trip this year Senior Infants went to the Zoo. We had a great day and we saw a lot of different animals such as flamingo's, lions, tigers, seals, giraffes and penguins. We also went to an elephant talk where we saw the zookeepers feeding the elephants and washing them. The Lions came right up to the glass to see us and we got such a fright. We also saw a hippo but he was lying so still that we thought he was pretend or a giant rock. We had the best day ever on our school tour.
